Cindy graduated from the Bachelor of Applied Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2021. Having completed her training at Alfred Health and Ramsey Health, Cindy has a strong background of evidence based clinical practice ranging from general medicine and intensive care to community rehabilitation. She is particularly passionate about neurological conditions, falls prevention and gerontology. Cindy is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA). She is a committee member of the Victorian Paediatric Branch, assisting in running personal development courses and lectures.
She currently enjoys working as a rehabilitation physiotherapist in the community with Bolton Clarke, which centres around helping older adults live a life of fulfilment.

Bryta is a body and brain training program designed by academic geriatrician, Prof Kwang Lim, and Physiotherapist, Cindy Phan. The program is available to anyone over 60 years of age who would like to exercise their brain and body at the same time.
