Dr Kai Sin Chin is a Consultant Geriatrician. After graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2009, she completed her specialist training in Geriatric Medicine at Austin Health and the Royal Melbourne Hospital. Dr Chin currently holds a public appointment at the Royal Melbourne Hospital, where she works in the Cognitive, Dementia and Memory Service (CDAMS) and performs urodynamic studies.
Dr Chin completed a PhD study in dementia at the University of Melbourne in 2023. She is a Senior Research Fellow at the University of Melbourne and is actively involved in dementia trials, with a particular interest in dementia with Lewy bodies. She is also a regular tutor for medical students at the University of Melbourne.
Areas of interest include cognition and dementia, continence and polypharmacy.
