Dr Andrew Hui completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (UNSW) followed by a Master of Psychiatry (University of Melbourne). He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, He has a Certificate of Advanced Training in Adult Psychiatry from the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, where he is a Fellow.

Dr Hui has extensive experience across various generalist and subspecialty psychiatric services across Melbourne, including Austin Health, Monash Health, Melbourne Health and Orygen Youth Health, reflected in his broad areas of interest:

He has a holistic, biopsychosocial approach to assessments and treatment and embraces a collaborative decision-making process with patients and other care providers (medical or personal).

Dr Hui provides patients with a broad-based risk assessment and provides patients and referring GPs with clear and to the point documentation and detailed treatment plans.

Dr Hui is a consultation-liaison psychiatrist at Austin Health, and consults privately at Brunswick Private Hospital.
