Dr. Alicea Kyoong is a Consultant Geriatrician and General Physician. She graduated with honors from The University of Melbourne in 1993 and became a fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2006.
Alicea completed her specialist training in Geriatric Medicine at Austin Health, St. Vincent’s Health, Northern Health and Eastern Health hospitals. She has had over 17 years’ experience in the area of Aged Care Medicine, in both the public and private sectors.
Her special interests include the assessment and management of cognitive disorders in the elderly, chronic wound management, polypharmacy, osteoporosis and neurological conditions in the elderly.
Alicea consults at her private practices in Hawthorn East and Bundoora.
